How Do I Reserve a Cottage? Follow these steps or give us a call  828-749-3580 (home) 828-329-9377 (cell). We are pleased to make your reservation or check availability by phone.

Visit the Availability Calendar or call to check cottage availability.

Read, complete, sign, and return the Rental Agreement. (Click the link to open the rental agreement page.)

Send a rental payment. The amount depends upon the timing of your request. If you wish to arrive sooner than 30 days of the time of your reservation, then the full payable amount is due. If you are reserving a cottage more than 30 days in advance, the amount can be split into two (2) equal payments, but the total rental amount must be paid 30 days in advance of your intended arrival date.

Your reservation will not be confirmed without accepting the terms of the Rental Agreement and making advance payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money orders and Cashier's checks. Personal checks are accepted if payment is made more than 30 days in advance. We can make your reservation by phone if this is more convenient for you. Your personal and payment information is always confidential! We don't share it with anybody.

Remember,  a reservation can't be confirmed unless we receive your completed Rental Agreement and a full or partial rental payment in advance. If two reservations are requested on the same day(s), the one that is confirmed first (Agreement + Payment) will be accepted, and the other party will be notified immediately that a conflict has occurred.
